san francisco there is transparency and as you develop the competency scpis wanted to ask about protecting the privacy of interested applicants and how you advise us to play that part and protecting the privacy of anyone interested in the position. hopefully that we get a lot of people but how can we ensure that privacy will be protected? >> good question. there are two things that we try to do with candidates. number one, we ensure confidentiality will be maintained up until the time they come to san francisco for a face-to-face interview. once they come into this building or whatever building we're going to use then all bets are off and we don't know who they're going to run into, who is going to hear about it. we protect the confidentiality up to that point. we advise candidates when they need to release that information to their current employers so we give them coaching around that, when it's necessary, how to do it, how to keep the lid on. the preliminary references that we do is always done with individual who is will not jeopardize an individual's current employer so we'

amendment in san francisco. but the buffer zone ordinance that we are introducing is one that recognizes that we need strike a balance between the right to free speech and the right of women, especially to access health care. no right is absolute. and the courts have found that buffer zones like the one that san francisco -- that we are introducing today, in fact are narrowly tailored and survive legal scrutiny. the narrow scope of this ordinance ensures that the facilities we're talking about, and we are talking about freestanding health clinics which are the most vulnerable when it comes to being targets of this kind of activity, that those facilities are indeed protected. i want to talk a little bit about what the law in this area is. the right to free speech is not absolute. the effort to regulate this kind of speech is something that has to be done carefully. it has to be done in a way that is narrowly tailored to achieve an important government interest. we believe that we are doing that precisely here. the analysis of what is narrowly tailored does not require that we actually fol

who do not know how to file taxes properly. we are mainly focused in san francisco. we are small. we focus mainly on the tenderloin, chinatown, bayview, visitation. we do a lot of expansion. people start small through the credit union and then want to go to the bank. we know we are limited. we cannot afford to give out a big loan. starting from the credit union, we educate them about filing taxes properly and then moving on to the bank, a small one, expansion, and we work with the bank. the bank and credit union are similar. we do allow tax returns, projections. credit unions do not charge an additional loan or processing fee. processing time, on a small loan, -- consumer loans probably a few days. because we require a business plan, sometimes it takes longer. business plans take a while. especially bank statements. we need to see consistent income coming in. so far, a credit union delinquent rate is quite low because we are working with a client. we want to keep that low and as part of our mission. there is no application fee. if you are interested in an application or informati
